People ask me what exactly it is that I do.

I help people transform their lives and by changing their mindsets so they can move past those things that keep them stuck. I am a strategist, accountability partner and a resource.

This evolution started ten years ago. Recently, when I started training clients, I began to realize WHY so many failed at fitness programs or had a hard time losing weight. The WHY? Because often the rest of the person’s life is too chaotic and they are not able to FOCUS on what they need to focus on to make it happen. This chaos can be there for a million reasons, but the GOOD NEWS? There are so many ways to pull your life back together and start moving forward!

I realized that physical fitness often couldn’t be addressed in isolation and that learning more about LIFESTYLE MANAGEMENT was key to success. Now, I realize that Life Coaching and the tools and strategies I learned about have a role to play right across the board – personal life, weight loss, career, relationships – you name it!

I created the MINDSET ALIGNMENT Program (Home Study Program) so that people who wanted change things in their lives could get started in their own homes. I have created Workshops & Presentations while privately coaching people to transform their lives.
